English: Joseph Nollekens (1737 - 1823) Castor and Pollux front, Victoria & Albert Museum. Castor and Pollux is a copy of an antique Roman statue. Apparently lots of sculptors made copies of it; this one is by Joseph Nollekens and is currently in the British Galleries in the V&A. |
