High magnification insets: Celestron Omni 150XLT reflector, ZWO ASI533MC Pro camera, SkyWatcher EQ6R mount
Wide-field image: A short exposure (ISO-800, f/7.1, 1/2000 sec) that captured lunar detail was blended with a longer exposure (ISO-800, f/7.1, 1/1000 sec) that revealed Jupiter.
High magnification insets: 1000 frames of video were captured and the best 100 frames stacked using AutoStakkert, wavelets adjusted using Registax, other post-processing with Photoshop and MS Photo.
This composite image shows last night's gorgeous full Hunter's Moon and brilliant nearby Jupiter. The insets show more detailed views of the full Moon and Jupiter with it's 4 Galilean moons at the time that the wide-field image was captured.
