After reading some below I have reversed my openion. We have a good bunch of space cadets.

In science any hypothesis (as crazy as it could be) is a valid statement. However, only evidences give the reason to the proposed hypothesis. So far, there is not any evidence of many Universes yet. The evidence of a big bang initiation of our Universe is the cosmic background radiation (noise at 2.7 K detected uniformly in all directions of the sky). One can think whatever crazy idea has in one mind, but the closest thing to “reality” is such a thing that we can give evidences (and not just a single evidence, but a lot of evidences). For example, “string theory” is just a mathematical theory so far, there none evidence that this theory has something to do with reality (measurements).

Not all things are meant to be understood so they remain a mystery

If every galaxy can be traced back to a singular point (which is the basis for the BB) can somebody tell me where that point is please?

You’ll probably answer “that point is everywhere like on a balloon expanding, or galaxies are like raisins in a loaf of bread which is expanding in the oven.”

This still won’t answer my question.

I’ve asked this question about where the centre is or where it was a few tined, and all I ever hear is “Everywhere is the centre no matter where you are.”

This fries my brain because I can never work out how it’s possible if all galaxies can be traced back to a singular point the size of a grapefruit.
